PROCLAMATION
No. 2 of 1961,
Governor,
BY HIS EXCELLENCY SIR ROBERT BROWN BLACK, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George. Officer of the Most Excellent Onder of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same.
WHEREAS by section 1 of the Drug Addicts Treatment and Rehabilitation Ordinance, 1960 (No. 34 of 1960), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette.
NOW THEREFORE. I. ROBERT BROWN BLACK, do hereby PROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the 3rd day of February, 1961.
GIVUN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hong Kong this 27th day of January, 1961.
