Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employers and Servants Short tick. Ordinance, 1961.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "wages" includes any remuneration in cash which is of a constant nature, whether ascertainable in quantum by reference to any period of time or by reference to work done, and includes any cash allowance and the cash value of food, fuel or accommoda. tion supplied by the employer to the servant provided that such allowance or the supply of such food, fuel or accommodation is of a constant nature; but the expression “wages" does not include
