An Ordinance to amend the Airfield (Kai Tak) Extension and Reversion
Ordinance, Chapter 246.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Airfield (Kai Tak) Exten- Short title.
sion and Reversion (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961.
2. Section 15 of the Airfield (Kai Tak) Extension and Reversion Repeal and Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
**Time limit.
15. No claim for compensation under section 6 and no application or recommendation to the Governor in Council under section 7 shall be entertained unless it is presented before the 1st day of April, 1962."',
