An Ordinance further to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957,
[21st July, 1961)
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Short title, (No. 2) Ordinance, 1961.
2. Section 24 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion of section 24, in paragraph (b) of subsection (1), after the words "police station", (39 of 1957), of the following-
"or to any police officer”.
3. Section 26 of the principal Ordinance is amended, in sub- Amendment section (1)-
(a) by the addition in paragraph (b), after the word "shall", of
the following-
