Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109, on the 16th day of March, 1960.
Resolved, pursuant to section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance. Chapter 109, that the duties on Hydrocarbon Oils set forth in the Resolution of the Legislative Council published as Government Notification No. A. 205 in the Gazette of the 5th December, 1952, be revoked with effect from 2 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday, the 24th February, 1960, and that there- after duty shall be payable on hydrocarbon oils at the follow- ing rates:

(b) heavy oils-
