DUTIABLE COMMODITIES ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 109).
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109, on the 16th day of March, 1960,
Resolved, pursuant to section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109, that the duties on Tobacco set forth in the Resolution of Legislative Council published as Govern- ment Notification No. A. 14 in the Gazerie of the 20th March. 1959. be revoked with effect from 2 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday, the 24th February, 1960, and that thereafter duty shall be payable on tobacco at the following rates per lb.: A-ON UNMANUFACTURED TOBACCO-
(1) Unstripped tobacco containing-
(a) 10 per cent or more of moisture by weight :
(i) tobacco of Empire origin
