Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to
indicate their general purport).
These regulations amend the principal regulations to vary the number of persons who may be carried on a goods vehicle of a weight unladço por exceeding two tons, vít, in the cab, the seating capacity of the vehicle and in the rear or on the platform, not more than one person.
