The purpose of these rules is to provide a standard form of qualifying examination lo be passed by persons who apply for the grapt of certificates of competency to command deep sea trawlers in accordance with section 89 of the Merchant Shipping OrdinancƐ. 1953.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 68 of the Colonial
Air Navigation Order, 1955 the Governor has made the following regulutions-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Hong Kong Air Naviga- Citation. tion (Temporary Restrictions) (Revocation) Regulations, 1960.

2. The Air Navigation (Temporary Restrictions) Regulations, Revocation. 1950 are revoked.
