This Certificate is to the effect that he is competent to act as Master of a team or motor fishing trawler of any registered length and authorizes him to add in that capacity; provided that this Certificate shall not enable the holder to operate a trawler not exceeding 120 feet in length outside the area bounded on the North by the parallel of 25°N, on the South by the parallel of 15°N and on the East by the meridian of 122°E.
