Regulation 63 of the principal regulations is amended is paragraph (1)
(a) in sub-peragraph (c) by the deletion of the full stop at the
end and the substitution therefor of the following--

"(d) any of the dangerous goods specified in Class 1.7 or 3 of Category 2 and any of the dangerous goodi specified in Class 4 of such Category 2.".
Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their 'general purport).
The purpose of these regulations 26-
(a) to apply the principal regulations to organic blowing agents, which are used in the manufacture of foam rubber and are highly inflammable substances; and
(b) to release quantities of less than forty pounds of propane gus from the application of the principal regulations, in order to enable this gas to be ased by householders in quantities adequate for domestic purposes without a licence under regulation 384 of those regulations.
