PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1960.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Prevention
of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Cruelty to Citation and Animals (Amendment) Regulations. 1960, and shall come into opera- tion on the day appointed for the commencement of the Public Health
Animals and Birds) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.
3. Part 101 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulations Revocation thereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is revoked.

3. Regulation 41 of the principal regulations is amended by the Amendment deletion therefrom of the following-
