PUBLIC HEALTH AND Urban SERVICES ORDINANCE, 1960 (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) Order, 1960.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (5) of section 84
of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, the Governor
in Council has made the following Order-
TIRENICE, THEIL..
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health and Urbes Citation Services Ordinance. 1960 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 1960, and com. and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commence- meat of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960 (berein- after referred to as the Ordinance).
1. The First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by the deletion Amendment of the figure "3" where it occurs after the word "By-law" and the of First substitution therefor of the following-
Sebedule.
