and, where the warrant is directed to all members of the Force, any member thereof may execute the same in like manner a if it were directed to him by name.
(e) No such warrant shall be avoided by the death of the magistrate who issued the same or by his ceasing to be a magistrate for any other reason.
(6) The provisions of subsections (2), (3) and (4) of section 18 shal apply to any person arrested or to be arrested under any such warrant as they apply to a person arrested or to be arrested under the provision.|| of subsection (1) of that section.
(7) When any person who has been arrested on a warrant issued under the provisions of subsection (5) is brought before the court, the court may, at the conclusion of the proceedings in respect of the offence or offences with which he was charged, call upon such person to show cause why he should not be punished in respect of his failure to attend in accordance with the notice served upon him under the provisions of subsection (1) or of bis failure to appear before the court in accordation with the provisions of subsection (4), as the case may be, and, if he fail' to show any reasonable cause to the satisfaction of the court, such person shall be liable to a fine of five hundred dollars and to impriatin- #icnt for two months.
20. Any stall, table, show board, barrow, cart, tricycle or bicycle or any other furniture or paraphernalia, together with any accompagy ing appliances or utensils, and also any food, drink or goods of whatever kind intended to be sold, whether they are or appear to be abandoned, or not, belonging to or in the possession of, or appearing to such member; of the Force to belong to or to be in the possession of, any person committing, or appearing to such member of the Force to be committing or to have committed, any scheduled offence may be seized, carriel away and detained at the owner's risk by any member of the Force:
Provided that, in the case of anything so seized which is perishable. The Director or any public officer authorized by him in that behalf may cause the same to be sold or otherwise disposed of forthwith.
21. Without prejudice to the provisions of section 20, any member of the Force may examine and, if he considers it necessary, delain sof thing which appears to be or to contain evidence of the commission of any scheduled offence or of an offence under section 23, 25 or 29.
22. Any member of the Force may take the photograph, fing prints, weight and measurements of any person who has been arrested under the provisions of this Ordinance:

Provided that, if any such person who has not previously been convicted is subsequently discharged or acquitted, any photograph (both ecgative and copies), finger-print impressions and records of weight or measurements so taken shall be destroyed forthwith or delivered to such person.

23.
