Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Tourist Short title Association (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960, and shall come into

2. Section 2 of the Hong Kong Tourist Association Ordinance Amendment hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the of section 2 deletion therefrom of the definition of the words "trade association". (29 of 1957).
3. Subsection (1) of section 5 of the principal Ordinance is Amendment amended by-
(a) the deletion of the comma after the words "hotel proprietor"
and the substitution therefor of the following-
"or"; and
(b) the deletion of the words "or trade association".
