The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Reaclved that the Supplementary Provisions for the quarter
eaded 31st December, 1950, as set out in Schedule No. 3 of 1958/59, be approved.
(2) Holidays (Amendosat) Bil1, 1959.
The Colonial Secretary to move the First reading of --
A B111 intituled; "An Ordinance to amend the Holidays
Ordinance, Chapter 149."
(3) Resettlement (Amendment) Bill, 1959.

The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-
A BILL Latitaled; "An Ordinance to amend the Resettlement
Ordinance, 1958.*
(4) Public Reclamations and works (Chai Wan, Kwun Tong Bay, Cheung
Sha Wan and Tsuen Yan) Bill, 1959.
The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-
A Bill intitaled: "An Ordinance to validate undertakings for reclamation and other works over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and sea bad situate at Chai feo, Kwun Tong Bay, Cheung Sha Wan and Tsuen Wan, and make provision for any claims for compensation arising either out of such worke or out of worka previously validated,"
