(Chapter 104).
EXCLUDED FERRIES (AMENDMENT) RegulaTIONS, 1959.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, the Governor in Council bas made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Excluded Ferries Citation (Amendment) Regulations, 1959.
2. The proviso to regulation 2 of the Excluded Ferries Regula- Amendment tions, 1955, is amended by the deletion of the figures and comma of provise to *1959, and the substitution therefor of the following-
**1961.".
