These regulations revoke and replace the Summary Offences (Licences and Fec) Regulations, 1953 as amended by the Summary Offences (Licences and Fes) (Amendment) Regulations. 1956 and prescribe revised Fees for licences and permits for the use of Crown land not held under lease from the Crown.
