An Ordinance to amend the Indecent Exhibitions Ordinance.
Chapter 150.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Indecent Exhibitions Short tille. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1959.

2. The Indecent Exhibitions Ordinance (hereinafter referred to Addition of is the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition after section I sew section of the following new section- "Interpreta-

1A. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires---
"film" includes cinematograph film, photographic slides
and transparencies.".
Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by-
(a) the deletion of the words "in or near any public place"; and
(Cap. 150).
