An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable Commoditics Ordinance. Chapter
109.

Bu it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities Short title (Amendment) Ordinance, 1959, and shall be deemed to have come into and com- operation at 2 o'clock in the afternoon of the 25th day of February, 1959.
