An Ordinance to amend the Resettlement Ordinance, 1958.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advico
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Resculement (Amcodment) Short title. Ordinance, 1959,
2. Part VI of the Reseulement Ordinance, 1958, (hereinafter Auendident referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of of Part VI. The sub-heading "Regulations" and the substitution therefor of the (36 of 1958). following-
"Miscellaneous".
