BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

2. (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-- Interpreta- "business" means any form of trade, commerce, craftsmanship. profes- sion, calling or other activity carried on for the purpose of gain: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Inland Revenue appointed
under the Inland Revenue Ordinance:
"prescribed fee" means the fee prescribed in item 1 of the Schedule;
