GOVERMENT BUSINESS.
(1) Illegal Strikes and Lock-Outs Ordinance
Chapter 61.
The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to section 8 of the Illegal Strikes
and Lock-Outs Ordinance, Chapter 61, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for ths term of one year with effect from 1st January, 1959.
(2) Societies Ordinance, Chapter 151.
The Attorney General to move the following resolution --
Resolved, pursuant to section 26 of the Soolaties
Ordinance, Chapter 151, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st January, 1959.
(3) Dutlable Commodities Ordinance. Chapter 109
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to section 4 of the Datiable
Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109, that notwith- standing the resolution made and passed on the 20th day of March, 1957 (G.N.A. 27 of 1957) no duty shall be payable on any methyl alcohol which is shown to the satisfaction of the Director to be intended for dee and which is in fact used solely in the testing of aircraft engines.
(4) Estate Duty (Ancrament) BULL, 1958.
The Financial Secretary to move the Second reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Estate
Duty Ordinance, Chapter 111,'
(5) Medical Registration (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill, 1958,
Dr. D.J.M. Mackenzie to move the Second and Third readinga
of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Medical
Registration Ordinance, 1957."
