(1), The Charterad Bank of India, Australia and China (Change
of Name) Ordinance, 1956 Resolation.
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to section 4 of The Chartered Bank of India, Australia and Chim (Change of Name) Ordinance, 1956, that the period of two years during which The Chartered Bank may, subject to the provisions of the. Bank Notes Issue Ordinance, issue bank notea bearing the name "The Chartered Bank of Tudia, Australia and China" at any time, be extended by a further period of two years with effect from the 6th day of December, 1958.
(2) Miscellaneous Uap References and Place Names Amandment Bill,
1958.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of
A Bill intitled: "An Ordinance to spend certain enactmenta
in relation to map references and place names contaided therein and to delete therefrom certain references to places and further to cancel certain ordere and a declaration made in relation to certain places."
