In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Ordinance, 1954, the Governor has made the following Order-

The
This Order lists in the Schedules all current penalonable posts together with the dates from which pensionability first attached to them. Forsionable Offices Order, 1956, (G.N.A. 112/58), is revoked but this revocation does not affect the pensionability of persons, if any, who held offices declared as pensionable under that Order for so long as they continue in those offlees, even though such offices are not declared pension- able in the new Order.
