BY HIS EXCELLENCY SI ROBERT BROWN BLACK, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral
of the same.
WHEREAS
(a) by section 12 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance, Chapter 15, it is provided that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of any British posses- sion or any territory under Her Majesty's protection for the enforcement within such possession or territory of maintenance orders made by courts in Hong Kong, the Governor may by proclamation extend such Ordinance to such possession or territory ;
