MAGISTRATES (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1958.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 132(1) of the Magistrates Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations---
1. These regulations may be cited as the Magistrates (Fees) Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1958.
2. Regulation 3 of the Magistrates (Fees) Regulations is Amendment amended by the insertion after the words and figures "For a copy tion 2,
of regula- of a warrant or magistrate's order
$5.00' of (Vel, XI, the following new paragraph-
"For a photostatic copy of any document made in the
Magistracy and for certifying same-
$2.00:
For each page (or portion of a page) Provided that where any photostatic copy exceeds in size g inches by 12 inches, such additional fee, not exceeding $3.00, as the Registrar shall direct, shall be payable.".

These regulations make provision for the fees to be charged for certified photostatic copies of any documenta made in the Magistracy.
