SEIZURE OF PROHIBITED GOODS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1958.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Merchandise Marks Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Seizure of Citation. Prohibited Goods (Amendment) Regulations, 1958.
2. The Seizure of Prohibited Goods Regulations (herein- Addition after referred to as the principal regulations) are amended by of

3. Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is amended Amendment by the deletion of the words "Seizure of Prohibited Goods of regula
tion 7 Regulations" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Merchandise Marks (Seizure of Prohibited Goods) Regulations".

The purpose of these regulations is (e) to enable an assistant or deputy Director of Commerce and Industry to exercise the powers under the principal regulations of the Director of Commerce and Industry during the temporary absence from duty or inability for other reason of the Director, and (b) to clarify the title of the principal regulations by inserting therein
specified" reference to merchandise marks.
