This Amendment is designed to extend for one year the period whereby retirement schemes in existence and operating on 22nd March, 1957 (the date of commencement of the principal rules) may be exempted from the requirements set out in the Schedule to those roles..

STAMP (BANK AUTHORIZATION) (No. 2) ORDER, 1958.
In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I hereby make the following Order-
ORDER.
1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza- Citation. tion) (No. 2) Order, 1958.
2. The Bank specified in the Schedule to this Order is Specified hereby authorized to compound for the payment of duty on un- bank
authorized stamped cheques subject to the conditions stated in paragraphs to com- (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1) of section 15 of the Ordinance. pound for
the payment uf certain duty.
3.
The Stamp (Bank Authorization) Order is amended by Amendment the deletion in the Schedule thereto of the following-
(Vol. IX, p. 399).
"The Sze Hai Tong Banking & Insurance Co., Ltd.".
