An Ordinance to amend the Full Court Ordinance, Chapter 2.
[5th December, 1958.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Full Court Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1958.
2. Section 3 of the Full Court Ordinance is amended by Amend- the deletion of subsection (2) and the substitution therefor of the following-
ment of
section 3.
(Cap. 2).
"(2) The judges shall take precedence in the following order-
(a) the Chief Justice;
