An Ordinance to amend the Registration of United Kingdom
Patents Ordinance, Chapter 42.
[22nd August, 1958.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1, This Ordinance may be cited as the Registration of short title. United Kingdom Patents (Amendment) Ordinance, 1958.
2. Section 2 of the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Repeal and Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) replace is repealed and replaced by the following---

2. In this Ordinance-
"Registrar" means the Registrar of Patents.".
