(1) Report of the Select Committee on the Estimates for

1957-58.

Reawoption of debate on the motion for adoption of the

Report of the Select Committee,

(2) Resolution regarding the Estimates of Revenue and Expend-

iture for 1957-58.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution:-

Resolved that the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure

For 1957-58 as amended by the Report of the Select Committee be approved,

(3) Solicitora (Pees) Order, 1957.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Solicitora (Fees) Order, 1957, nada

by the Chief Justice on the 15th day of March, 1957, under section 9(2) of the Criminal Procede Ordinance, Chapter 221, be approved.

(4) Comsel (Fees) (Amendment) Order, 1957-

The Attorney General to move the following resolution ;-

Resolved that the Counsel (Fees) (Amendment) Ordex,

1957, made by the Chief Justice on the 15th May of March, 1957, under section 9(2) of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, Chapter 221, be approved,

(5) Appropriation (1957-58) Bill, 1957.

The Financial Secretary to move the First, Second and

Third readings of :-

▲ Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to apply a sum not

exceeding five hundred and sixty-one million, one hundred and fifty-seven thousand, two hundred ana nighty dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending the 31st day of March, 1958,"

(6) Pansions (Amendment) Bill, 1957.

The Colonial Secretary to move the Second and Third

readings of ;-

A Bill intituled, "An Ordinance to amand the Pensions

Ordinance, Chapter 89."
