LAND REGISTRATION FEES REGULATIONS, 1957.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Land Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Land Registration Citation Fees Regulations, 1957, and shall come into operation on the ist day of April, 1958.

1. Begistration of any dead ar instrument (except as harcinafter specifically mentioned) whereby the legal or equitable estate in any properly, oz in any share or interest in any property, is assigned, conveyed, settled, partitioned, mortgaged, charged, re-assigned, discharged, released or other- wise transferred, including a certificate of satisfaction of any mortgage or charge.....

Provided that the maximum fee payable for any deed or instru- ment exempted from stamp duty under the provisions of section 42 of the Stamp Ordinance, Chapter 117, aball be $16.
