MERCHANT Shipping (Control of Ports) (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) RegulATIONS, 1957-
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 67, 73. 79 and 111 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1953, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Citation. (Control of Ports) (Amendment) (No. z) Regulations, 1957.
2. The Third Appendix of the Merchant Shipping (Control Amendment
of Ports) Regulations, 1953, is amended by-

(a) the deletion of paragraph (4) beginning with the words 111/58).
“Cable Roserves" and ending with the words "appropriate signal" and the substitution therefor of the following
"(1) Cable Reserver—–
(a) EXCEPT when vessels are laying or re- pairing submarine cable or pipe line and flying the appropriate signal-"';
(b) the deletion of the sub-heading "(1) Boundaries of Central Cablu Reserve." and the substitution therefor of the following AN
"Central within the following boundaries—";
(c) the deletion of the sub-leading "(ii) Boundaries of Stone- cutters Island Cable Reserve," and the substitution there- for of the following-
