PENICILLIN ORDINANCE, (Chapter 137).

PENICILLIN (AND OTHER SUBSTAnces) RegulatiONS, 1957.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Penicillin Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Penicillin (and Citation. other Substances) Regulations, 1957.

2. The Ordinance shall apply to the substances specified Application and defined in the Schedule and to their salts and derivatives and of Cap. to any substances the chemical and biological properties of which are identical with or similar to these specified substances, their salts and derivatives, but which are produced by other means.

3. The Penicillin (and other Substances) Regulations arc Revocation. revoked.
