HONG KONG AIR NAVIGATION (REGISTRATION FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1957.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 67 and 68 of the Colonial Air Navigation Order, 1955, the Governor has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Hong Kong Air Citation Navigation (Registration Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1957, mencement. and shall come into operation on the rst day of August, 1957-
1. The First Schedule to the Hong Kong Air Navigation Amend- (Registration Fees) Regulations, 1955, is amended-
ment of First Schedule.
(a) by the deletion of the sum "$160" wherever it occurs (G.NA. in paragraph 9 and the substitution therefor of the 81/55). following
"$320";
(b) by the revocation of paragraph 23.

(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their peneral purport).
The amendment contained in regulation 2(a) increases the fee charged locally to accord with the increase made to the United Kingdom under similar regulations.
2. Regulation 2(b) revokes paragîiph 23 as it is no longer applicable consequent upon the revocation of regulation 55 of the Hong Kong Air Navigation (General) Begulations, 1956 (G.NA. 117/65) by regulation 7 of the Hong Kong Air Navigation (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 1956 (G.N.A. 77/56).
