Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the repulatione, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
The purpose of these regulations is to enable the Urban Council in respect of Hong Kong, Kowloom and Now Kowloon and the District Com- missioner, New Territories, in respect of the New Territories, except New Kowloon, to prohibit boats and surfboard riders from approaching certain demarcated parts of bathing beaches so as to endanger or inconvenience persons bathing or swimming off them.

PENSIONS ORDINANCE, (Chapter 89).
It is hereby notified that the following has been declared by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to be "Public Service" for the purpose of section 2(1) of the Pensions Ordinance :--
Service which is pensionable under the United Kingdom
Atomic Energy Authority.
