LICENCE RECEIPT IS TO BE ATTACHED HERE.
1.
A nominal fee of $1 shall be charged for the licensing of sampans and dinghies normally carried by Class V and Closs VI vessels, and for the licensing of sampana under 15 piculs used exclusively in connexion with Oshing stakes, oyster beds or shrimping, provided the licence of the parent versal or stake net is endorsed with the licence number of the sampon or dinghy and vice versa.
2.
The licence fee shall cover the first issue of licence book but shall not cover subsequent issues of duplicates, the fees for which are contained in regulation 8.
