(c) the form of the register, the mode in which it shall be
kept and the contents thereof;
(d) any certificate form or other document required under
this Ordinance;
(e) any fee required to be paid under the provisions of this
Ordinance;
(A) the minimum periods of employment mentioned in
section 9:
(g) the procedure to be followed-
(i) in relation to preliminary investigation of com- plaints touching the conduct of persons whose names appear on the register;
(ii) in relation to inquiries held by the Council under the provisions of section 20;
(b) the issue of medical certificates of death.
32. Every person who was registered or provisionally registered under the provisions of the Medical Registration Ordinance at the date of the coming into force of this Ordinance shall be deemed to be registered or provisionally registered, as the case may be, and the Registrar as soon as practicable after such date shall record in the register in respect of each such person the particulars required to be so recorded.
33. The Medical Registration Ordinance is repealed :
Provided that section 14 of that Ordinance shall continue in operation until section 27 of this Ordinance is brought into opera- tion in accordance with the provisions of section 1.

An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Council of
the Munsang College, Hong Kong.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Munsang College Short title. Incorporation Ordinance, 1957.
2. The Council for the time being as hereinafter composed tacorpora- of Munsang College, Hong Kong, shall be a body corporate, tion. hereinafter called the corporation, and shall have the corporate name, "Munsang College'', and in that name shall have per- petual succession and shall and may sue and be sued in all courts in the Colony and shall and may have and use a common seal.
