Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the addition at the end thereof of the following new subsection-
*(3) The Chairman may delegate any of his powers and functions as principal executive officer of the Authority to the Commissioner for Housing.".

An Ordinance to amend the Telecommunication Ordinance,
Chapter 106.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telecommunication Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1957.
2. Subsection (2) of section 38 of the Telecommunication Amend- Ordinance is amended by the insertion after the word "Ordin- ment of ance" of the following-
"punishable with a fine and imprisonment", Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 22nd day of May, 1957.
