An Ordinance to amend the Housing Ordinance, 1954-

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Housing (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1957-
2. Subsection (2) of section 3 of the Housing Ordinance, Amendment 1954 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section amended-
(18 of
(a) by the deletion, at the end of paragraph (4), of the word
"and";
(b) by the deletion, at the end of paragraph (b), of the full stop and the substitution therefor of the following-
"; and"; and
