STAMP ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 117).
STAMP (BANK AUTHORIZATION) (No. 4) OrdeR, 1956.
In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, 1 hereby make the following Order :-
ORDER.
1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza- Citation. tion) (No. 4) Order, 1956, and shall come into operation on the 6th December, 1956.

2. The bank specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Specified authorized to compound for the payment of duty on unstamped authorized cheques subject to the conditions stated in paragraphs (a), (b) and to com- (c) of subsection (1) of section 15 of the Ordinance.
