2. In accordance with the powers vested in me under Section 17 pf the Buildings Ordinance 1955, I hereby declare that such bullding is in a dangerous condition/liable to become dangerous and I hereby order you as owner to carry out the following within a period expiring

N.B. Where any building works are required to be carried out in connexion with this order, notice and plaus must be submitted to the Building Authority as required under Section 9 of the Buildings Ordinance 1955.
In accordance with Section 20(1) and (2) of the Buildings Ordinance 1955, I herewith make application for a modification of and/or exemption from the provisions of,

In accordance with the provisions of Section 20(5) (a) of the Buildings Ordinance 1955
hereby give nolice of
desire to surrender to the Crown free of all interests of whatsoever nature, the area of land on (lot number) forming part of the private street known as
coloured red and dimensioned on the accompanying block plan, on the understanding that all further maintenance and repair of the area of such street will be carried out al Government cost.
