An Ordinance to make provision in respect of things done in relation to enemy property or property treated as enemy property in excess of the powers conferred by the law relating thereto.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Enemy Property Short title Ordinance, 1956, and shall come into operation on a day to be and com appointed by the Governor by proclamation in the Gazette.

pretation. "Administrator" means the Administrator of German Enemy Property appointed by the Governor under section 3 of the Distribution of German Enemy Property Ordinance, 1956;
