(g) a certificate purporting to be signed by a police officer in charge of a police station and certifying that it appears from the records kept at that police station that a person against whom a police supervision order has been made has failed to register a place of residence or make a report or has registered a particular place of residence at that police station or certifying that it appears from such records that an alien against whom a police supervision order has been made has declared his intention of depart- ing permanently from the Colony shall be evidence of the facts so certified.

15. The Police Supervision Ordinance is hereby repealed:

Provided that nothing in this Ordinance shall be deemed to (Cap. 224), render invalid a supervision order made under the Police Super- vision Ordinance so repealed, and any such supervision order which is still in force at the commencement of this Ordinance shall be deemed to have been made under and subject to the provisions of this Ordinance.
