(z) The judge shall immediately report the finding of the jury and the detention of such person to the Governor who shall order such person to be detained in such place and under such conditions as he may direct,

(3) The Governor at any time may order that a person so detained shall be released on licence, in such form and subject to such conditions as the Governor may direct and a licence so issued may be revoked at any time and on such revocation, the person may be arrested without warrant,”

"Record of proceedings.

SOA. (0) A shortband note or such other record as the trial judge may direct shall be taken of the proceedings at the trial of any person on indictment who, if convicted, is entitled or may be authorized to appeal to the Full Court, and on any appeal or applica- tion for leave to appeal, a transcript of the shorthand note or other record or any part thereof shall be made if the Registrar so directs, and furnished to the Registrar for the use of the Full Court or any judge thereof, and a copy of such transcript if so made shall be furnished to any party interested on his application in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by rules made under section 9.

b--

(a) For the purposes of this section "a party interested" shall mean the prosecutor or the person convicted or any person named in, or immediately affected by, any order made by the trial judge or any other person authorized to act on behalf of any such person."

84.

Section 84 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment deletion in subsection (t) of the words "prisoners committed for of section trial for any indictable offence" and the substitution therefor of the following

"persons committed to prison for safe custody".
