"Collection of tax
7A. The Collector shall be responsible for the collection of the taxes payable under this Ordin-
anice.

An Ordinance to validate undertakings for reclamation and other works over and upon unleased Crown Foreshore and seabed situate at Chai Wan, Kun Tong Bay and Cheung Sha Wan, and to authorize, subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, further undertakings for reclamation and other works in the same situations.
[27th April, 1956.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamations Short title. and Works (Chai Wan, Kun Tong Bay and Cheung Sha Wan) Ordinance, 1956.
2. (1) All public and private rights of navigation or fishing Validation and all public and private rights of access, user, possession or taking in of under- occupation and all other public or private rights (if any) in, upon progress and over the Crown foreshore, seabed and land occupied by the and extin- undertakings in progress set out in Part I of the Schedule, and of rights. existing prior to the commencement thereof, shall be deemed to Part I.
