An Ordinance to amend the Entertainments Tax Ordinance,
Chapter 110.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Entertainments Tax Short title (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956, and shall be deemed to have had and com- effect as from the 1st day of April, 1956,

2. Section 2 of the Entertainments Tax Ordinance (berein- Amendment after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition after the definition of "admission to the entertainment" (Cap. 110). of the following definition-
(Cap. 117).

"Collector" means the Collector of Stamp Revenue appointed under section a of the Stamp Ordin- ance or an assistant collector;
