AND WHEREAS I am satisfied that the legislature of the Federation of Malaya has made reciprocal provisions as afore- said:
NOW THEREFORE 1, ALEXANDER WILLIAM GEORGE HERDER GRANTHAM, do hereby PROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall extend to the whole of the Federation of Malaya as from the first day of January, 1956.
Gives under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hong Kong this 24th day of December, 1955.
