every such woman and young person employed in each shift shall be kept at the place of employment.
10. In every industrial undertaking a register, in such form as shall be approved by the Commissioner of Labour and published by him in the Gesette, of the young persons employed in such undertaking, shall be maintained and kept up to date at the place of employment.

GENERAL,
11. (1) Every accident which occurs in an industrial under- resulting in taking and results in the death of any person shall be reported within twenty-four hours of such death to an inspector and to the police station nearest to such industrial undertaking.

(2) Every accident which occurs in an industrial undertaking and results in the disablement of any person employed in such industrial undertaking so as to cause him to be incapable of performing his ordinary work for one day or more shall be reported within forty-eight hours of its occurrence to an inspector.
(3) If any accident causing disablement is reported under paragraph (2) and the person disabled subsequently dies as a result of the agrident, notice in writing of the death shall be given within twenty-four hours thereof to an inspector and to the police station nearest to the industrial undertaking wherein the accident occurred.
(4) Every report made under this regulation shall state the names of every person suffering deuth or disablement, the nature and extent of the injuries to every such person, and the circum- stances in which the accident occurred, and may be made by telephone, orally or in writing.
12. (1) Every dangerous occurrence which occurs in an industrial undertaking, whether any personal injury has been caused or not, shall be reported within twenty-four hours of its occurrence to an inspector.
(2) Every report made under this regulation shall be in writing, and in addition to any report required under regulation 11, and shall include particulars of the time of the occurrence of the accident, any damage to the building in which the accident occurred or to the machinery or plant therein, and the circum- stances in which the accident occurred.
13. The provisions of regulations 11 and 12 shall not be Application applicable in the case of any accident which is required to be of regula
tions 11 reported under the provisions of section 49 of the Mining and 12. Ordinance, 1954. but the reports required under the said regula- (33 of tions shall be in addition to any reports which may be required 1954). under the provisions of any other enactment,
14. (1) Where an inspector considers any industrial under- Obligation
to remedy taking or any matter, thing or practice in or connected with an
any dan- industrial undertaking to be dangerous or defective so as, in his gerous
practice opinion, to threaten or tend to the bodily injury of any person. he may give notice in writing thereof to the proprietor and shall state in such notice the particulars in which he considers such industrial undertaking, mutter, thing or practice to be dangerous or defective, and shall require the same to he remedied, either forthwith or within such time as he may specify, and may by such notice order work to be suspended until the danger or defect is removed to his satisfaction:
Provided that no such order suspending work shall be made except with the approval of the Superintendent of Labour or a labour officer signified in writing on the notice.
(2) On receipt of a notice issued under paragraph (0), the proprietor shall comply therewith, or, if he intends to object thereto, he shall cease to use the industrial undertaking, or part thereof or matter or thing or practice, as to which notice has been given, and shall forthwith withdraw all persons employed from The danger indicated in such notice until such time as the matter is finally determined :
Provided that if, in the opinion of the inspector who gave such notice, there is no immediate danger, he may allow work In proceed during such period under stelt restrictions and upon such conditions as he may specify in writing in order to ensure the safety of the workmen.
