(c) a suitable room in which no industrial process shall be carried on shall be provided and equipped for use as a dining and rest room;

(f) the work of all such women and young persons shall be organized in shifts not exceeding eight hours working time in any period of twenty-four hours;

(e) no such woman or young person shall work for more than eight hours in any period of twenty-four hours. Any scheme or arrangement for alternating shifts shall provide that the total of eight hours working time is not exceeded; and such scheme or arrangement shall, before coming into operation, he approved in writing by the Commissioner ;

() no such woman or young person shall work for more than four and a half hours without an interval of at least half an hour for rest during which such woman or young person shall not be permitted to remain in any room in which work is then being carried on;
